Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) 811c account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 811c reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain any outstanding balances as administrative costs, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.
811c does not accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 811c's services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bets.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 811c login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 811c will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
You must notify 811c's customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of security. 811c will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your 811c account whether or not authorised by you.
811c employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and offers optional two-factor authentication, which you are strongly encouraged to enable from your account security settings.
811c accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via FPX bank transfers, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction within the Cashier section. 811c does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges for which 811c accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, withdrawals will be processed to a verified payment method registered under your name. 811c does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 811c requires completion of identity verification ("KYC"), which may include submission of a government-issued identification document and proof of address. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by 811c may result in temporary withdrawal restrictions.
811c targets e-wallet withdrawal processing times of under fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed on the same business day. These are target timeframes and not guaranteed processing times.
Accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be designated as dormant. 811c reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with applicable gaming regulations. You will be notified before any fees are applied.
811c offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be stated alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that specific offer.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonuses credited to your 811c account are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be clearly stated within each promotion's terms.
811c reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus credited in error, or where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploiting promotions with low-risk or void betting strategies, registration of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, and any form of coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
All bets placed on 811c's sportsbook, 811c Casino, and slots are final once confirmed. 811c reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including those placed on incorrect odds resulting from technical errors or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
For live sports betting, 811c may suspend markets at any time during an event. Bets already accepted prior to a market suspension remain valid. For live casino games, the results determined by the live dealer in the physical studio are final and binding. 811c does not override live casino results under any circumstances.
Slot game results at 811c are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. RTP rates are published within each game's information panel.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 811c platform:
Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 811c's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to 811c during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
811c shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the platform regardless of whether 811c has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 811c does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any outstanding balance may be retained by 811c as damages for losses and costs incurred. Where termination is initiated by 811c without cause attributable to you, verified withdrawable balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 811c customer support via live chat or email. Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met or forfeited before a voluntary closure is processed. Any balance remaining after forfeiture of active bonuses will be returned to your registered payment account.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 811c platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
